Filtering case study
A closer look at one pattern. I led the two-state filtering pattern at TOPdesk, a top bar and a collapsible side panel, and validated it with more than 70 participants. How a recurring design problem became a single reusable pattern the whole product could share.

TOPdesk
Leading the design side of a design system that earlier attempts at the company had failed to build. I took it from low adoption and no direction to the default way the whole company designed, hired and grew the team, and explored what AI and Figma Make could do for a real design system.

Vodafone
Sole designer on vodafone.com/business, and sole owner of the design side of the site's design system. I composed the pages from our component library and looked after the system that fed them. My first time owning a system rather than just working inside one.

Vodafone
On a small team supporting Vodafone's global B2B marketing, I made the materials the sales and product teams pitched with, and led the big internal event presentations. Five years of high-volume production for teams selling across every market Vodafone operated in.
Product Designer · Vodafone (VOIS) · 2015–2020
Disney
I spent five years keeping Disney's European websites on-brand, building the localised banner packs for every market that didn't have its own designer. Production at scale, inside a very strict brand system, right through the shift from Flash to responsive HTML.

About me
I'm a senior ux/product designer based in Budapest, with more than fifteen years across entertainment, telecoms and SaaS. I came into design through animation and I've always been as interested in how a thing is built as in how it looks, and I'm comfortable in big visuals or the details too, the code, the components, the spacing. Most of my career has been about consistency at scale: keeping large products coherent, and lately, building and leading the design systems that make that possible. But I care less about systems for their own sake than about what they let a product become, and about helping the designers around me do their best work too. I've been at it since 2003, and I learned the way I still prefer to work, by doing it, especially the parts where design and engineering actually meet.
